Frequently Asked Questions
Your Questions, Answered. Find clear support and guidance for your journey here.
What services do you offer?
We provide ADHD diagnostics, therapy for adults, and support for emotional, relational, and executive functioning concerns. Our goal is to offer care that is thorough, compassionate, and practical.
What is included in an ADHD evaluation?
A typical ADHD evaluation may include a clinical interview, developmental and symptom history, standardized rating scales, and review of relevant functional concerns. Depending on clinical need, tools such as the CAARS™-2, BRIEF-A, BASC-3, and SRS-2 may be used.
Is the ADHD screener a diagnosis?
No. The screener is only a brief self-screening tool to help identify whether a full evaluation may be worth considering. It is not a diagnosis.
Who is ADHD testing for?
ADHD testing may be helpful for adults who have long suspected ADHD, people with ongoing attention or organization problems, or anyone who wants more clarity about why daily functioning feels harder than expected. Do you only see ADHD clients? No. In addition to ADHD diagnostics, we also support adults seeking therapy for stress, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and related concerns. We work with the whole person, not just one symptom area. How do I get started? The easiest way to begin is by reaching out through the contact page to ask questions or request an appointment. From there, we can help determine whether therapy, ADHD testing, or another service is the best next step.
Still have questions? Reach out anytime and we will help guide you to the right service.
